Staffed Family Child Care Network (SFCCN) Membership Agreement

The purpose of this Membership Agreement is to outline the opportunities and benefits of members of the Staffed Family Child Care Network (SFCCN). The Collaboration between provider members and the SFCCN programs that support them is designed to strengthen and improve program sustainability and service quality.

Our goal of the network is to provide:

• Access to resources on quality child care.
• Professional development.
• Quality improvement opportunities.
• Individualized support.
• Opportunity to develop long term professional relationships and sustainable business practices.

Services and supports provided by Staffed Family Child Care Networks

As a SFCCN Member you will have access to:

• Training, technical assistance, and participation in Communities of Practice.
• Opportunities to network and build relationships with other providers.
• Support with accessing and using the OEC’s Early Childhood Professional Registry(www.ccacregistry.org).
• Assistance with obtaining or maintaining their license.
• Connections to statewide services, including:
• • Care 4 Kids
  • Child and Adult Food Program
  • Women’s Business Development Council (WBDC)
  • Early Childhood Consultation Partnership (ECCP)
  • National Association Family Child Care Accreditation (NAFCC)
  • Elevate Quality Improvement Services(QIS)
  • ctSHARES.
• Conduct surveys to modify or improve network offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities of Provider Members. Members agree to:

• Participate in SFCCN membership meetings when possible.
• Attend SFCCN training sessions to support quality improvement.
• Access specialized services offered by the SFCCNs as needed.
• Promote the value of membership in SFCCNs to other early childhood providers.
• Provide feedback and information to SFCCNs to improve their service delivery and inform planning efforts.
