NAFCC Observer Training Part II
Over 16 clock hours, participants will explore the standards, tools, and protocols that guide accreditation observations with engaging, hands-on opportunities to practice applying them in real-world scenarios. Together, we’ll build a shared understanding of what quality looks like in family child care settings and how observations support that recognition. This training also provides the pathway to official credentialing. Qualified participants who successfully pass two assessments, each requiring a score of 80% or higher, will complete the training as credentialed observers, ready to play a meaningful role in upholding the integrity of the accreditation process and supporting family child care educators nationwide.
