Your Coordinated Support System

Flow Chart of Support

The Staffed Family Child Care Network (SFCCN) is a community-focused initiative designed to help you succeed. Our goal is to provide you with the free, hands-on support and local expertise you need to sustain your business and thrive. This model is built around you, ensuring you get seamless access to the resources you need without having to navigate a complex system alone.

  • Connecticut Office of Early Childhood (OEC) : The OEC provides the stable public funding and high-level oversight for the entire network, ensuring the equitable and consistent development of family child care across the state.
  • SFCCN Hub (Shine Early Learning) : The hub acts as a central coordinator. We work behind the scenes to manage the network, ensuring all partners are woven into one cohesive system built to serve you.
  • Regional Networks: This is your direct, on-the-ground support system. Run by specialized non-profits in your community, your Regional Network is your connection to a powerful set of free resources and quality support.
