One of the most significant milestones in my career was earning my NAFCC Credentials and I could not have achieved this without the support, encouragement and resources provided by TEAM’s Region 1 Staffed Family Child Care Network. Their dedication to my professional development has strengthened not only my abilities as a Child Care Provider, but also the overall quality of service I offer within my community. I am truly grateful for the network’s commitment to training and development. They are much more than a support system. They are my partners in ensuring excellence in Early Childhood education. I proudly endorse their work and thank them for their continued dedication to providers like me.

Among the support I’ve received, I want to highlight the updated information on changes in OEC regulations, trainings on health, learning styles, childhood disabilities, and the importance of nutrition through their specialized program. I also deeply value the literacy activity program for children, which has been key in promoting their overall development. I especially want to recognize the support of Mrs. Ana Cartagena, who has been an invaluable resource for all providers in our network. Ana is deeply committed to her work, always willing to give her best—even outside of her regular working hours. She consistently offers emotional support with encouraging words like: “You can do it, I’ll help you".... I truly hope we can have more people like her: always present, always willing.
